What Mortgage Fitz was founded recently in 2023 by the husband and wife duo Chuck and Sue Fitzpatrick. Chuck has been in the Mortgage industry for 7+ years and has decided to venture on his own to serve his clients. The key to success here at What Mortgage Fitz is to listen to your goals, assess your financial situation, and provide you with the right mortgage product to fit your needs.
We will help determine the right product for your purchase or refinance transaction. We enjoy the process of working with homebuyers – from educating them, to the look on their face when they are handed the keys to their new home.
